Maui Community Acupuncture, Inc. is a nonprofit public charity incorporated in the State of Hawaiʻi on September 21st, 2025. Our organization was formed exclusively for charitable and educational purposes as described under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

 

We are currently awaiting approval of IRS Form 1023-EZ, the streamlined application for federal tax-exempt status. Once the IRS approves our application, our tax-exempt status will be retroactive to our date of incorporation, meaning that all eligible donations made on or after that date will be considered tax-deductible.
