Meet the Team

Cofounder & Acupuncturist
Bo Campot
Hi, I’m Dr. Bo Campot, licensed acupuncturist and co-leader of Maui Community Acupuncture. I’m passionate about helping people feel more at ease in their bodies by reducing pain, promoting function, and building capacity for daily life.

I hold a Master’s and Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine with advanced training in herbal medicine, bodywork, and biomechanics. My clinical
experience includes working in pain clinics providing one-on-one care, and in rehabilitation centers where I delivered community acupuncture in high-volume
group settings. I’ve also co-taught trauma-informed care to faculty and I continue to integrate those principles deeply into my work.

My approach is rooted in listening—to the body, the system, and the person in front of me. Health belongs to all of us, and I’m committed to making accessible, trauma-sensitive care available in our community.
In my spare time you can find me nerding out about hypermobility or playing with my dog.

Cofounder & Acupuncturist
Katerina Kan
Hi, my name is Dr. Katerina Kan. I’m here to give gentle, trauma informed, health-for-every-size acupuncture and healing to as many people as possible. My philosophy is that our mind, body and soul possess innate wisdom and access to self-healing at all times, given safe facilitation. My broader mission is to make healthcare efficient, inclusive, and affordable.

I’ve been working in the healing arts since 2012 and hold a Master’s & Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. During my graduate program, I co-designed a trauma-informed care training for faculty, and created a recurring non-violent communication workshop for students.

I bring a specialized interest in holistic nutrition, and clinical success treating conditions such as insomnia, stress, PTSD, migraines, and acute & chronic body pain. I’ve worked with people ages 15 to 87, and have completed training in pediatric acupuncture & non-invasive Japanese teishin techniques. I look forward to meeting you and sharing acupuncture on our path to peace and health together. For more about my work, visit www.katerinakan.com.
